Ways to Tie a Scarf Around your Neck
There are many different styles that you can use to tie a scarf around your neck. Here are some of the popular ways to tie a scarf.
Modern One Loop
Drape the scarf around your neck with one end being slightly longer and then loop the longer end around your neck once. You can then adjust the loop over your neck and then balance out the ends of the scarf. You can choose to have the ends at the same length or different.
The Bunny Ear
The scarf should be draped over your shoulders, but one end should be a lot longer than the other end. The longer end should be looped around your neck twice in the same direction. Take the end that you looped around your neck and lace it through the second loop that you made. Once you have done that, simply tie an overhand knot with the two ends of the scarf. The loops will then need to fit over the knot so that the two ends are then dangling off the loop to the side.
Put the scarf over your shoulders with one end a lot longer than the other. In the same direction loop the longer end around your neck about three to four times. Tie both ends of the scarf together with a simple overhand knot. You may need to do another knot to get rid of any excess. The knot should then be placed underneath the loop so that no excess fabric is showing.
The Infinity Loop
The scarf should be placed over the shoulders so that both ends are equal. Tie the ends together with an overhand knot and do it again to ensure the other knot does not slip. You will have an O shaped loop that will need to be crossed over to form an S shape. The bottom loop of the s should then be placed over your head.
The Quick Toss
The scarf should be placed over your shoulders with one end just slightly longer than the other. The longer end is then looped over your neck but not fully around so that the scarf is hanging down from your back.
The European Loop
Take your scarf and fold it in half length ways. The folded scarf should be draped over the shoulders with the open end longer then the folded end. The open end can then be placed through the loop that is created from the folding and then tightened.
The Celebrity Loop#
Place the scarf over your shoulders with one end a lot longer than the other. The longer end should be looped around your neck in the same direction three times. Fit the end that you looped through the third loop so that it is dangling underneath the loop. The end that you did not loop can be put into the third loop.
Place the scarf over your shoulders with one end a lot longer than the other. The longer end should be looped once around your neck. The end you used to loop with should be secured to the top corner. At the side of the neck, fit the top corner into the loop. The side that is unattached will dangle like a waterfall.
